Friction Forging®: A Game-Changer

  • Friction Forged® Technology Steel: Crafted for unparalleled strength, durability, and cutting precision, setting it apart from the rest. The Friction Forging® process results in steel grain structures 10x finer than traditional knife manufacturing methods, thereby creating a harder, thinner, tougher razor sharp edge. The DiamondBlade knives will outperform any other knife by 10 times – or better – guaranteed. Read More
  • Holds a shaving edge 10X longer: This revolutionary forging process creates a finer grain structure, leading to a blade that stays 10 times sharper, guaranteed.
  • Non-Brittle: The finer grain structure also makes the blade more resistant to chipping and breaking even at an unprecedented 65-69 Rc hardness.
  • Corrosion-Resistant: The forged zone is resistant to corrosion and rust, ensuring your knife stays reliable for years to come.
  • Easy to Sharpen: Because the blade is ground to a 9 degree (18 degree included) angle, there is less material to remove when sharpening is eventually needed.

Unmatched Quality

  • American-Made Toughness: Every DiamondBlade Knife is made in the USA with American materials, backed by a lifetime warranty.
  • CATRA-Tested Sharpness: Each blade undergoes rigorous testing on a CATRA (Cutlery Allied Trade Research Association) knife sharpness machine to ensure it meets the highest sharpness standards.
  • D2 Tool Steel: This high-quality steel forms the foundation for the patented Friction Forging® process, resulting in an ultra-hard edge (65-69 Rc) with an 18-degree (included) sharpening angle.
  • Full Tang Construction: Built for strength and reliability, fixed blade DiamondBlade knives feature a full tang construction, providing the necessary backbone for consistent performance in the field.

Handle Materials

Exquisite Materials; Choose from multiple handle materials adorned with mosaic pins, ensuring a stunning and unique aesthetic.

  • Suregrip: A rubber-like material providing an easy grip even when cold or wet. If you want the maximum tactile grip that is not too tacky this is the handle of choice.
  • G-10: Tough as nails material that is a combination of fiberglass fabric and epoxy resin. A synthetic handle that is made to be durable while providing a good non-slip grip that is easy to clean.
  • Wood: If you are looking to elevate the look of a DiamondBlade knife, our stabilized wood handles are an excellent choice as they are complimented with mosaic pins that create a classic, very high-end look. They are made with heirloom quality materials and craftsmanship that are a joy to use in the field.
  • Stag: The beautiful genuine elk antler handle is a showpiece that sets you apart as a discriminating outdoorsman. Like the wood handles, it is stabilized and finished in a high gloss, sporting beautiful mosaic pins. Please note that international shipping is not permitted.

  1. STEVE

Love this knife. Very sharp and stays that way. Looks great with the antler handle too. Boned out an elk last fall and just as sharp as when I started. Wish you would make one with an orange sure grip handle. I’d buy it, as I’ve been known to lay my knife down when dressing an animal and having to search for it.

  2. M. GOULD

I have a folder and the ironwood fixed blade knife. The fixed blade hunting knife cut up five moose before it needed sharpening. I gave it a few licks on a fine diamond hone and then a few more on a six thousand grit Japanese waterstone and it was back to literally shaving sharp. It would be an awesome history making straight razor!

  3. ROBERT

ightweight incredibly sharp I own three diamond blades (pd1, summit, commander) you never need to sharpen after over a year of cutting everything ! They are so light they appear at first to be fragile but are the toughest blade I’ve ever had (all three) maybe not as stylish as some knives but the edge is “other worldly” the pd1 is a amazing and probably my favorite but the commander is my edc and the summit is just as good. Takes 3-5 months to get one (they are popular) but worth the wait. Mark hoyle Dallas Texas

  4. JAMEY

“This knife fits so perfectly in your hand and is essentially effortless to use. It gives you the same feeling that you get when you finally get the scissors to run completely across the roll of wrapping paper. In fact, deboning the breasts on my turkey earlier this season, it was honestly like putting a hot knife through butter. I’ve used it for over 9 months now and it honestly feels brand new. Can’t wait to use it on a freezer queen this deer season!

  5. Ron stotz

I have had one for years still just as sharp as the day I bought it
