· Any common carrier or contract carrier, with respect to any switchblade knife shipped, transported, or delivered for shipment in interstate commerce in the ordinary course of business;
· The manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce of switchblade knives pursuant to contract with the Armed Forces;

Found My Victor G10 Auto it took a beating in the weather found it hanging on a limb in a bush where I had been on a ladder. Sending it in for refurb. Too tough for me even with a bass Pro sharping wheel set that sharpens my other Knives razor sharp. Won’t touch this one least not for me. Every body should own a DBK KNIFE. I now have two of them cause I replaced the lost one.
I knew my dad, a general contractor through and through, needed a reliable knife he could use every day. So I surprised him with a DiamondBlade Victor – American-made, lifetime warranty, and built for heavy-duty work. The moment he opened it, he said. “That is razor sharp!” running a finger along the blade. After about a year of ownership It is always in his pocket, slicing through boxes, wires, and whatever else construction throws his way. A perfect gift for a hard-working dad, and 5 out of 5 stars!
